Our speciality is affordable housing acquisition and development, covering the many facets of affordable housing; including temporary homeless shelter facilities for individuals, transitional and interim housing facilities and permanent supportive and independent living apartments/homes. Our development services partnerships create brokerage opportunities for the Urban Company and those brokerage activities feed into our in-house development pipeline and that of our development partners and clients.
